In 1995, O.J. Tank Wash, Inc. was founded in South Kearny, NJ to serve the needs of the liquid food transportation industry.

In 1999, the operation was expanded with the creation of O.J. Truck Lube, Inc., and a new 15,000 sq. ft. repair facility was built to include both tanker and truck repair services.

In 2005, Port Wilmington Tank Wash, Inc. was built and is operating in New Castle, Delaware.

Today all 3 companies remain privately owned with the corporate headquarters in South Kearny, NJ
